The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to give reasons and without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the products pursuant to Article 52 of the Consumer Code.
To proceed with the return procedure, the Customer must contact Customer Service at: resi@fmcurvati.com.
The Product must be returned in perfect condition, correctly packed in its original packaging and with all its accessories.
The returned products must be handed over to the chosen courier within fourteen (14) days after notification of withdrawal from the contract to the Customer Service.
The shipping costs for the return of the Product are to be borne directly by the Customer, unless otherwise expressly indicated by F.M. Curvati SRL.
Unless otherwise agreed, F.M. Curvati SRL will refund the Customer the entire amount paid, through the same means of payment used by the Customer.
F.M. Curvati SRL reserves the right to apply penalties on items delivered damaged or with missing components.
